Overview
Empowering Minds was a five-part leadership series with author and thought leader Liggy Webb, exploring resilience, kindness, flexibility, curiosity, and creativity through long-form conversation.
It was also my first project at Cornerstone.
I came in with a brand system already established and a team already moving. My job was to learn the language fast, contribute where I could, and help get it across the finish line.
Approach
I worked on storyboarding and asset design, translating the existing brand system into video execution alongside the art director and Cornerstone team. That meant understanding not just what the brand looked like, but how it needed to behave in motion. How it paced. How it held together across five episodes.
The warmth in the series, the softer, more human quality that runs through every frame, was already in the brand DNA. My job was to serve that quality, not redirect it.
Challenge
Every project teaches you something different. This one taught me how to come into an existing creative environment, read what's already working, and contribute without disrupting it.
That's a specific skill. It doesn't show up on an award but it informed every project that came after — including the ones that did.
Outcome
Five episodes delivered. A clean execution of an established brand system. And a foundation for everything I went on to build at Cornerstone.
