A leadership series focused on five key qualities, each delivered through long-form, conversation-driven content.

The goal was to expand an existing brand into a system that could support multiple episodes without losing its identity.

Approach

I leaned into a warmer, more restrained visual direction.

Typography and layout stayed consistent across all episodes, while subtle variations helped each one feel distinct without breaking the system.

The focus was on supporting the conversation, not competing with it.

Challenge

The content relied on real conversation, which required a lighter design touch.

The system needed to support what was happening on screen without pulling attention away from it.

Outcome

The series ran across multiple episodes with a consistent and recognizable visual identity.

The system was built to be reusable and was later adapted for other speaker-led content on the platform.
