DNA
Digital Native Advancement (DNA) is an Original learning series by Cornerstone OnDemand designed to support Gen Z employees as they transition into the workplace. Each course, lasting under two minutes, is tailored for mobile platforms to provide quick, accessible training. The series achieved notable recognition, winning a Bronze Telly Award in the Non-Broadcast Corporate Training category in 2021, and a Silver award in the same category in 2022.
For the DNA project, I was instrumental in elevating the branding strategy by crafting a variety of innovative visual variations. This involved a meticulous process of optimizing the visual language to enhance video content, ensuring that every visual element was not only visually striking but also harmoniously integrated. My role encompassed refining and evolving the branding elements to amplify the project’s overall impact and effectiveness. As a result, the project featured a vibrant and cohesive visual narrative that deeply resonated with the target audience, making a memorable and compelling impression.
