
The Glossary
Have you ever experienced corporate training that was so brief, it lasted less than a minute? The Glossary is an innovative learning series created by Cornerstone OnDemand, designed to clarify essential corporate workplace terminology. This series tackles a range of terms, from finance jargon like “EBITDA” and tech phrases such as “monolith,” to sustainability concepts like “triple bottom line.” In 2021, The Glossary was honored with a Silver Telly Award in the Non-Broadcast Sustainability and Corporate Training category.
For the The Glossary project, I played a pivotal role in shaping its identity by devising a comprehensive branding strategy. My responsibilities included crafting a distinctive visual language that captured the essence of the content and organizing a visually coherent framework to support it. Additionally, I conceptualized and developed a unique animation style, meticulously ensuring that every visual element not only enhanced the overall aesthetic but also maintained alignment with the brand's identity. This cohesive approach was instrumental in effectively communicating complex terms in a clear and engaging manner.
