Overview

A documentary-style series focused on real conversations around diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace.

The content centered on real people and lived experiences, which required a more restrained and intentional design approach.

Approach

I kept the visual system minimal and deliberate.

Color, typography, and composition were used carefully to maintain focus on the content. Every element had to earn its place and support the message being communicated.

The system was applied across production, final edits, and supporting materials to ensure consistency.

Challenge

The subject matter required sensitivity and clarity.

The design could not feel overly polished or distracting. It needed to support the conversation without taking attention away from the people on screen.

Outcome

The result was a visual system that supported the content without overpowering it.

It held together across all touchpoints and helped maintain a clear, respectful tone throughout the series.
