Overview

A large-scale content system designed to support hundreds of short-form training videos across six categories.

The goal was to create a single visual framework that could handle a wide range of topics, from compliance and leadership to onboarding and wellness.

Approach

I treated it as a system design problem.

I defined what needed to stay consistent and where flexibility was allowed. This included background structures, element libraries, and clear style rules that could be followed by other designers.

The focus was on usability as much as aesthetics. The system had to be easy to apply at scale without slowing production down.

Challenge

Each category required a different tone, but everything still needed to feel like it belonged to the same system.

The challenge was not designing individual pieces. It was creating something that could scale consistently across a multi-year production without breaking.

Outcome

The system supported hundreds of videos across multiple categories over time.

It maintained consistency without becoming rigid, allowing new content to be produced efficiently while still feeling cohesive.
